By accessing or using TalentaStudio ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

TalentaStudio is a multi-tenant platform that connects recruitment bureaus with selection partners. The Platform provides vacancy management, candidate submission tracking, pipeline management, and related collaboration tools.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account and set up an organization to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Organization Types
4.1 Recruitment Bureaus
Bureaus can create vacancies, manage partner access, track candidate submissions, and subscribe to paid plans for additional features.
4.2 Selection Partners
Partners can browse available vacancies, submit candidates, and track submission status. Partner accounts are free of charge.
5. Candidate Ownership
The Platform records timestamped ownership claims when candidates are submitted for specific vacancies. These records serve as evidence of submission timing. Disputes between parties regarding candidate ownership should be resolved between the parties involved, with Platform records available as supporting evidence.
6. Subscriptions and Billing
Bureau accounts may subscribe to paid plans. Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
- Submit false or misleading candidate information
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Platform without authorization
8. Intellectual Property
The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TalentaStudio and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your data remains your property.
9. Limitation of Liability
TalentaStudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Antwerp, Belgium.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
